The maximum injection volume is 7cm³, the maximum processing temperature is 350°C, and the clamping force is up to 10t. Computer control ensures high quality and product repeatability and allows for the operation of side slides or unscrewing cores. Molds used for micro-injection molding are characterized by small dimensions and correspondingly lower production costs.

The insert is placed in the injection mold cavity before the molten plastic is injected, creating a strong bond between the two materials after cooling. Insert molding facilitates the production of strong, durable, and lightweight parts, which is why many industries use this solution. Production at Biplast s.c. is based not only on standard inserts available on the market, but thanks to long-term cooperation with manufacturers, we are also able to produce custom inserts for every project. Materials available for the production of inserts include aluminum, brass, and steel alloys.
